Born in Salem, Massachusetts the WickedTag concept was originally conceived to honor the dead more than a decade ago. After losing my Grandfather, I wanted to create something special for my Father and I in order to preserve the memory of the family’s patriarch. Fond childhood memories of seeing a gold lion’s head ring on my Grandfather — a Leo — was the inspiration for the original WickedTag. Thus, two versions were forged. The first: My Grandfather as a young man with my Father. The second: My Grandfather with me.

These original designs received so much praise from family and friends that they became the catalyst for many new concepts. Dozens of prototypes were created with a possessed level of perfectionism and meticulous attention to detail, evolving the WickedTag to what it is today.
